<h3>Meet Our Grantees</h3><br />Institute for Global Dialogue (IGD), located in Pretoria, South Africa, is devoted to enriching South Africa’s emerging democracy by promoting key issues in international affairs through facilitating dialogues, organizing forums, publishing research and engaging a broad network of organizations across the continent. <h3>Meet Our Grantees</h3><br />Small Business Project (SBP), based in Johannesburg, South Africa, is a part of the Investment Climate and Business Environment Research Fund (ICBE). The research grant is to improve understanding of how external factors impact small businesses in South Africa and the types of interventions necessary to help them succeed. <h3>Meet Our Grantees</h3><br />Kenyan Community Development Foundation (KCDF), based in Nairobi, Kenya, is a grantee and partner of TrustAfrica. Most recently, the two organizations have worked on the African Grantmakers Network, a pan-African organization for sharing information, experiences and challenges on African philanthropy. Featured, a young member of the Global Give Back Circle program which transitions high school girls from needy families to tertiary and university colleges, with a focus on community contribution.

<h3>Meet Our Grantees</h3><br />Consumer Unity and Trust Society-Centre for International Trade, Economics and Environment (CUTS-CITEE), based in Nairobi, Kenya, has been working on a research project comparing the cut flower and coffee industries to determine how to transfer the success of the cut flower industry to the coffee industry. The study is part of the Investment Climate and Business Environment (ICBE) Research Fund.

<h3>Meet Our Grantees</h3><br />Jamaa Resource Initiatives, based in Nakuru, Kenya, works to strengthen the participation of indigenous communities in linking social justice, peace and security with economic empowerment. TrustAfrica is pleased to present its new annual report, which describes our activities during the fiscal year ending March 31, 2011.

Take a look at the case studies which were written as a result of our Enhancing Women's Dignity project.

On November 10-12, 2011, TrustAfrica was one of several sponsors, along with the UNDP for the "Africa Forum on Civil Society and Governance Assessments." The three-day forum was focused on the goal of ensuring effective civil society and governance assessments by sharing information and assessment tools with development practitioners, academics, foundations, donor organizations, the private sector and civil society and UN representatives from over 35 countries.
